The year is 2001. Through the sacrifices of many, Giorno Giovanna and his team defeated the boss of the crime syndicate Passione. However, for one member who split off from the team halfway, Pannacotta Fugo, the story is not over. Giorno, who now leads the syndicate, wishes to clean up the negative legacy left by the former boss by eliminating Passione’s drug trade.
