We are committed to ensuring there is transparency in our business and in our approach to tackling modern slavery throughout our supply chains. We expect the same high standards from all of our staff, suppliers, contractors and other business partners.  

Our Processes

As part of our efforts to monitor and reduce the risk of slavery and human trafficking occurring within our supply chains, we have in place policies to encourage the reporting of concerns and the protection of whistleblowers.

We carry out risk assessments to identify potential risk areas and mitigate the risk of slavery and human trafficking occurring in these areas. We also audit suppliers and subcontractors to monitor their compliance with our policies.

Our Suppliers

We have a strict supplier code of conduct requiring all suppliers to comply with all applicable anti-slavery and human trafficking laws. Suppliers must confirm that they provide safe working conditions, treat workers with dignity and respect, and act ethically and within the law in their use of labour.

Suppliers must also ensure their own suppliers and subcontractors comply with such policies. We enforce strict sanctions on suppliers that fail to improve their performance and comply with our standards, including termination of the business relationship.

Reporting and Addressing Concerns

We encourage all employees, suppliers, contractors and business partners to raise any concerns about slavery or human trafficking at the earliest possible stage. We have in place procedures to address any issues or violations to this policy.

We are committed to upholding human rights and will address any instances of non-compliance with a zero-tolerance approach. This policy statement will be reviewed regularly and updated as required.
