Returns and Refunds Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery.


To return an item, please notify us within 14 days of delivery by emailing hello@ourprice.com and stating your order number and reason for return. We will provide a paid delivery PDF that you will need to print out and affix to your package.

You must return the item(s) in new, unused condition with all original packaging and tags attached.

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them and process your refund or exchange. The refund amount will include the original purchase price and standard delivery charges, but will exclude any expedited shipping fees.

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned items. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Faulty Items

If an item arrives damaged or is otherwise faulty, please contact us immediately at hello@ourprice.com with details and photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement, repair or refund at our discretion.
