Hugh Pescod, better known as Redlight is a DJ, record producer, re-mixer and composer from Bristol, releases his new album featuring the Prodigy, Melisa Whiskey, Roses Gabor, Andrea Martin and ASTR. He started out in the early 2000s under the alias DJ Clipz, with a string of releases on various drum and bass labels including Full Cycle and Digital Soundboy. In 2009 he diversified his production style and adopted the alias Redlight, setting up the label Lobster Boy for his productions. Now London based, he navigates the unnamed airspace between house, bass and beyond. Having already crafted a handful of jet propelled bangers which have won over fans and followers including Skream, Toddla T, Jack Beats, A Trak, Mark Ronson, Zinc, Annie Mac. Redlight has also selectively remixed some choice artists from Ceelo Green to Mavrick Sabre to Ms Dynamite as well as continuing to produce tracks for some of the most promising up and coming acts in the U.K.
