Ti West directs this horror thriller. Patrick (Kentucker Audley), a magazine photographer, is joined by his co-workers Sam (AJ Bowen) and Jake (Joe Swanberg) when he travels to Eden Parish, a secluded religious commune where his estranged sister Caroline (Amy Seimetz) now lives.
