Low-budget horror in which a maniac butchers a fashion model (Eva Grimaldi) on a Caribbean island and leaves the body to be eaten by rats. The model’s sister (Janet Agren) decides to investigate the murder herself. The creature is killed by Fred, but the true horror of its nature is just beginning.
