Description
David Ayer writes and directs this action drama starring Christian Bale. Jim Davis (Bale) is a former Army Ranger hoping to marry his Mexican girlfriend Marta (Tammy Trull) and bring her to America. When he fails to secure a job with the LAPD, he finds himself slipping back into his old life of petty crime. His best friend Mike (Freddy Rodriguez) is being pressured by his girlfriend Sylvia (Eva Longoria) to find a job, but Mike and Jim soon find themselves caught in a cycle of violence and crime that will have tragic consequences.
