‘Every Mover’, is an album steeped in everyday emotional states and crafted for cathartic, communal performance. Drawing on a rich spread of collaborators, sounds and themes, Ed Riman, aka, Hilang Child, uses his frustrations as the impetus to transform the brimming promise of ‘Years’ into upfront and expansive new shapes. ‘I wanted it to sound abit gutsier than the first album’, he says, succinctly, ‘heavier and closer to the kind of stuff that hits me when I go to shows or blast music in the car’.
